Digital battery over-discharge protection switch is specially designed for 12-36V lithium and lead acid battery. This is a low voltage protection module, not included batteries itself. On-board momentary push button to set the low voltage disconnect parameter, when the battery voltage reach the setting values, the module will disconnect load automatically to avoid the battery from over discharging to prolong the battery lifetime.

Operation Instructions:

+: short press display the low voltage protection parameter, long press to change the protection parameter

-: short press to display the difference value, long press to change this parameter.

e.g. battery voltage lower than 11V will stop output and higher than 11.6V start output. long press "+" and set it as 11, then long press "-" and set it as 0.6V.

 

Operation Instruction:

Press the "+" button, the LED displays the low voltage protection parameter. Hold on the "+" button to enter the setting menu to set the protection parameter.

 

Press the''-' button, it will display the difference value. Hold on the "-" button to enter the setting menu to set the difference value.

 

What is the "difference value"?

 

The value between the disconnect value and the reconnect value. Some also call it "hysteresis value".

 

===Trouble Shooting===

 

Issue--- Set this up to test a 3s li-on pack on a 10 watt LED the display lit for a couple of minutes then the module went dead never worked.

 

Reason--- The module is only suitable for a single battery, not for the battery pack.

 

Solution--- Please connect with a single battery.
