Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the customer's receipt of orderbased on shipping Delivery Confirmation. If you would like toreturn an item for a refund, please submit a request through ebay's NoHassle Returns within the 30 day return period. All return itemsmust be unused and in the original manufacturer packaging in which theywere received. Customers are responsible for return shippingcosts. Briarwood Lane reserves the right to inspectany claims of damaged/defective goods prior to replacement, exchange orrefund. Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to allproducts. Merchandise determined to be defective is limited toand will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the returnperiod. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a productdefect. Items received outside of the return period or not inmanufacturer packaging are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
