Warranty Information!

Replacement: If your phone lead has quit working, is broken in some way we have a 12 month(from purchase date) initial warranty program. This means we will replace the product for FREE, shipped anywhere you are located.

If your product is past its 12 month(from purchase date) initial warranty we do have a 24 month(from purchase date) warranty program in place. If your product falls into this program we ask that you pay the shipping from us. No need to send your old product back.


Please note that all ebay items purchased from me will have complimentary insurance on the item for the value purchased.
