We ship every item using USPS, Ground Advantage (free) or buyer pays Priority Mail (2-3 Days) expedited shipping. 


In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will issue either a full refund or offer a replacement.

 You can return a product up to 6 months from the purchase date. All items must be returned in undamaged condition, so please take care to repack them safely. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs after 60 Days. 


Refunds are issued when the item arrives and after it is re-tested. All returned items must have the Apex Used Appliance Control Boards mark and SKU barcode on them to be eligible for a refund. Total refund is 100% of the purchase price.
