Most products are usually in our warehouse and ready to go out on the same day before 1 pm. Although we do our best to ship all orders out within this time frame, we may not be able to do so during busy times or if there is a supply issue with the items on your order. The shipping usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your geographical location. If you need a product by a certain date, contact us by indicating the date. We may offer you Second Day or Next Day shipping for additional charges. We usually do not offer overnight shipping. 


HI, VI, PR & AK, PO BOX Shipping: If the item's weight is lower than 1 lbs, we are able to ship it to Hawaii, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Alaska or PO Box via USPS First Class. Otherwise, We will cancel your order and give you a full refund unless you would like to pay additional shipping charges. 


Canadian Shipments: Orders shipped into Canada may incur additional duties, taxes, and other fees to cross the border. These charges will be billed to you directly from the carrier and will be reflected in our shipping costs. We ask that our returns be set up within 14 days of receipt, unused, still in the original packaging, and free of damage. Once we receive the item back and inspected, you will be refunded for the original subtotal minus the cost of the return label(s) and the restocking fee. Please follow up return requirements below:

• Pack and tape your package securely 

• Place the return number on the return label or on a piece of paper attached securely to the package

DEFECTIVE ITEMS / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

Items that arrived defective or damaged can be replaced or refunded. To help facilitate the process, when sending us a message, please attach a photo(s) of the damage. Also, please clearly state if you want a replacement or a refund. A replacement will be sent to the customer once the tracking number for the return of the original purchase shows a valid scan by the carrier. The tracking number for the replacement will then be sent to you in the original message or return request. 


OTHER REASONS :

If an item is returned for any of the following reasons: "Bought by mistake; Item no longer needed; You changed your mind; Got a duplicate from the registry; Failure to check dimensions or specifications in listing prior to purchase; Price comparison; Accidental 1-Click purchase", the return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the BUYER, as per Lowpricesupply's policy - fees will be deducted from the refund.
