Sales Tax
For shipments to New Jersey addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6.625% Sales Tax.


Shipping
Please be sure to enter a valid shipping address, otherwise shipment of your order may be delayed.  We do our absolute best to process orders within 1 business day of placement.  Once your order is processed you will receive and email with tracking information.  We encourage you to keep an eye on your tracking status and let us know if there is an issue.  Most orders ship via USPS, however depending on weight and destination, we may use UPS.  For orders with the promotional free shipping, the carrier will depend on weight and destination of the order.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the customer's receipt of order based on shipping Delivery Confirmation.  If you would like to return an item for a refund, please submit a request through ebay's No Hassle Returns within the 30 day return period.  All return items must be unused and in the original manufacturer packaging in which they were received.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Discount Decorative Flags reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged/defective goods prior to replacement, exchange or refund.  Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products.  Merchandise determined to be defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the return period.  Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect.  Items received outside of the return period or not in manufacturer packaging are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.

If you received an item in error or would like to exchange an item, please message us through ebay.  We will happily accomodate you as best and quickly as we can.

International customers:  please message us through ebay regarding all returns/exchanges/issues.  Ebay's return system is not yet able to process return information for international addresses.
