2pretty2 gladly accept any return, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Any merchandise purchased from 2pretty2, that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, box, etc, and receipt or packing slip.The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition.

 It is unacceptable to wear/use the merchandise and then to present it for a refund/return. 

If the merchandise is footwear, it must be accompanied by its original box, and must be in resalable condition for the return to be accepted.

All merchandise tags should remain attached.

The Buyers are responsible for the return shipping & handling

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

We try to ship as fast as we can. Once we ship, we will not stop delivery for any cancellation.
