    In addition to any Consumer Guarantees available under the ACL, AI Ecosystem warrants to the Purchaser that the Product shall be free from any defect in materials and workmanship under normal use. This Limited Product Warranty applies to all products purchased from us for twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of shipment (‘Limited Warranty Period’).

     

    Exclusions And Limitations

    The Limited Warranty does not apply to any: 

    • Negligent or incorrect use of the Product;
    • Damage caused by nature or acts of God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like;
    • Commercial use of the Product;
    • Modifications to any part of the Product;
    • Damage caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
    • Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer’s instructions or with improper voltage or power supply;
    • Damage caused by servicing of the product (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not Manufacturer authorized; or
    • Damage caused by natural wear and tear.

     

    Remedies

    If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is lodged to AI Ecosystem within the Limited Warranty Period, AI Ecosystem will, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either:

    • repair the Product at no charge to the Purchaser, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or
    • replace the product with a new or refurbished Product.

    In the event a defect is discovered, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. Any replacement hardware product or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in the jurisdiction under the ACL.

    How To Obtain Warranty Service

    A Warranty Service Order must first be requested from AI Ecosystem within the Limited Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a Warranty Service Order, the purchaser must contact us.
    In accordance with applicable law, AI Ecosystem may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details. The consumer bears the cost of return of product to the purchase point, and AI Ecosystem will bear the cost of replacement or refund under warranty service and any guarantee of quality to the extent required under ACL. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection to the address specified by us.
    It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and AI Ecosystem will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
    This Limited Product Warranty by AI Ecosystem is separate to the Consumer Guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

    • Please double check your full shipping address carefully before checkout. This is because any change request thereafter shall lead to shipment delay.
    • Moreover, the buyer shall also bear the postage fees caused due to shipment to wrong or incomplete delivery address. The postage fees shall be inclusive of onward and return shipment charges.
    • AI Ecosystem shall fulfill same day dispatch provided customer places the order by 12 noon AEST. Please however note order receipt is subject to payment clearance which at times may not occur at the same time as order placement.
    • Please note that if your address falls under post office drop-off or if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier staff shall leave a collection note at your mailbox to enable self-collection at local post office.
    • At this stage, we are only offering shipments to Australia and on a case by case basis to New Zealand.
    • For most part of our shipments, we liaise with Auspost and Sendle and use their Standard Shipping Service. If you require expedited shipping, you have to inform this to us at the time of placing the order and we’ll endeavour our best to ensure the item is dispatched and shipped the same day using Auspost/ Sendle’s Expedited Shipping Service. Additional charges due to selection of expedited service may apply which we’ll substantiate using Auspost/ Sendle’s invoices.
  • Any product the customer purchases from AI Ecosystem is subject to the return policy to the extent permissible under Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’)

    As a result, you may return any product you purchased from us and receive a refund (minus any shipping fee). As such, we’ll ask you to furnish proof of purchase from us.

    Please follow the below instructions for a streamlined return process:

    a) Notify us via email on your intent to return any item. Accordingly, we’ll send you a ‘Return Form’ which you’ve to duly fill and return.

    b) Upon receipt of the ‘Return Form’, we’ll send you the return shipping label.

    c) Along with the shipping label, we’ll also send the details of deductions. These deductions shall be substantiated with proof of onward and return shipping charges we originally paid.

    d) Thereafter, attach the label and return the item(s) to us in it’s as received condition. If possible, include all the original packaging.

    The details of our return guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, we may decline any refund. And instead, return the product(s) back to you. 

    • You must return the Merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • You must not use or open the Merchandise.

     

    REFUNDS

    • We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the product(s) within 10 working days from the date we receive the returned item(s).
    • All products must be in an undamaged, unused condition with all labels and product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them.
    • If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, we may decline the refund request.
    • And instead, return the product(s) back to you.

     

    FAULTY PRODUCTS

    • Goods are classified as faulty if they are dead upon arrival, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase.
    • Also, please note to consider any item as faulty, the damage should not be wear or tear related.
    • Hence if you think a product is faulty, please contact us.
    • Accordingly, our team will assist you in organizing the return of product. Also, if we deem the item as faulty, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
    • Where possible, please use or include with the returning product, all original packaging and labels.
