This item comes new in the box and includes a plastic display stand.  Plate measures 8" in diameter and is super colorful and features the Epcot ball in the background with Fairy Godmothers, Tinker Bell and Dumbo flying around the outside of the ball.  on the path in front, features "2000" with Daisy Duck, Pluto, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Goofy and Minnie Mouse standing together with some holding hands.  Has: 

"Walt Disney World Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand"

Plate still has a sticker on the image portion of the plate that advises the plate is not for food use/decorative purposes only.
