The purchased product must be received back in the condition in which it was shipped, (unworn, unopened sealed manufacturer packaging, tags attached for a new item) and a previously owned product must be in the same condition prior to being shipped. When a refund is issued it is less any initial shipping charges incurred by buyer. All products are shipped within 24 hours except holidays and weekends.
