I am selling the exact card you see pictured. It was signed by Yukinori Torii (programmer and Pokémon game developer) at World Championship 2002 in Seattle that the signer attended as a guest. His signature is pretty hard to come by at least for my knowledge and i could only find a couple of his signatures browsing the web and nothing for sale on eBay or other platforms. The PCL writing stands for "Pokemon card laborarory".

Please note that the person who signed the card is not the actual card illustrator that in this case is Atsuko Nishida.

Please check carefully the actual condition of the card. It shows wear, whitening, scratches and a bend in the lower part of the card (mostly visible on the back of the card and in backlight). Give a look at the close up pictures to see each defect.
