Unused divided back, black and white post card titled "BIRD'S EYE VIEW OF PORT ARTHUR STREETS, C" (see scans). This is a cir 1910 view of reconstructed Port Arthur (referred to by Japan as "Ryojun") after Japan defeated Russia during 1904-1905. Mt. Hakugyoru Monument is visible on the hill in the upper left background. Card has a minor bumped corner and minor transfer of black ink on back side from being in contact with other cards after being printed; no other faults.
