    Intake manifold Definition
    The intake manifold is located between the throttle and the intake valve of the engine. After the air enters the throttle and passes through the manifold buffer, the air flow path is divided here. The intake manifold interface is the interface that connects the intake manifold to the engine block and is installed at the intake manifold port.
    Fault Feature:
    If the intake manifold interface is broken, it may cause high idle speed, low acceleration, and easy to extinguish when accelerating. Replacing the new intake manifold interface at this point can solve these problems.

    Installation:
    Easy to install, directly replace the old or broken intake manifold interface when installing. Tools (including other tools such as screwdriver wrenches) may be required. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour. You can also go to the local modification store or garage to install
    Installation steps
    1. To install the intake pipe, you need to remove the carburetor. First remove the seat cushion, loosen the fixing screws of the air filter, and move the air filter to the rear.
    2. Then you can easily remove the carburetor, and finally remove the intake pipe.
    3. If it is Euro 2 type, the intake pipe screw may need to be removed with an impact screwdriver.
    4. There should be a rubber O-ring in the aluminum groove behind the intake pipe. You can replace the old one or replace it with a new one.
    5. Do not start immediately after installation, wait until the oil in the oil pipe enters the carburetor and start again.
