Postage & Despatch
All 'Free P&P' items are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
Other P&P services are available including 1st Class (Standard) and 1st Class before 1pm.  
We aim to despatch within 1-2 working days, not including weekends and Bank Holidays.  Please take this into consideration when ordering as well as when reviewing the estimated date of arrival of your order set by eBay.
If your order is urgent please choose the 1st Class postage option and contact us when placing your order.  We will do our very best to despatch your order as quickly as possible, usually on the same day when possible.
All items are individually checked and stamped and proof of posting obtained direct at the Post Office Counter.

Returns 
We have an extended returns policy of 30 days from purchase date.Please contact us before returning an item to avoid disappointment.  If we are aware that you are returning goods then we can take the necessary action to expedite your return and refund.   All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels and be in a saleable condition.  Unless agreed with us prior to returning goods the cost of postage for returned items is the buyer's responsibility.

We are currently still operating and able to accept new orders.  We want to let you know that if you decide to place an order with us it will be processed as quickly as possible. Due to the current necessary and important restrictions we have reorganised our working patterns according to UK Government instructions in order to keep staff and our customers safe.

Whilst we are still managing to despatch on or before the eBay despatch-by date for orders, Royal Mail and the postal network are currently under great pressure due to the inevitable increase in deliveries as well as staff illness. Whilst it is impossible to accurately predict delivery timescales we are keen to give you a realistic picture.  We have been advised that currently some orders may take up to 7-10 days to be delivered by Royal Mail.  They are working incredibly hard to keep their service running at this challenging time.
