I buy large lots of Lego from families selling their collections. I try my best to to make the sets complete. To do so, I replace missing parts with what I have on hand, there might be color variations, especially for light/dark gray and brown bricks. In addition, I cannot guarantee that all of the stickers are in the set.
If the set is listed as complete, then all of the bricks and minifigs have been accounted for and are present, this might not include stickers, instructions and/or boxes. If a piece is missing, I will mention it in the description. The sets have had a previous life, maybe being built or played with. These items may have some minor damage such as a few small scratches or dents. I only buy lots from non-smoking homes, and all bricks are cleaned before separating into sets.
Payment is due within 3 days of auction end. After that time frame has passed, eBay will automatically open a Non-Paying Bidder case. If you are bidding on multiple items, we will work with you to help you save on your shipping costs by allowing you to combine auctions for up to, but no longer than 7 days. It is your sole responsibility to contact us and let us know if you wish to delay your payment and bid on more items.
We take great care to protectively package each order. Each order is placed in a box and padded for protection during shipment. If you would like a combined shipping quote please message us. To receive combined shipping on Buy It Now auctions, add each item to your cart and request a total.
If you feel that you have not received an order as described or pictured please let us know so that we may remedy the situation. We offer hassle-free returns with the help of eBay's return process. In the event of a return you must follow all return policies via eBay to receive a full refund - i.e. you must print and use the return shipping label provided by us to ship your item back to us.
