Special Note: 
1) A higher output AVR definitely works perfect on a generator of low power output while on the contrary, a low power output AVR CAN NOT be used for a generator of higher power output.
2) our AVR has an external condenser(capacitor) for easy maintenance or troubleshooting while a Suzuki OEM AVR may have a built-in condenser; however, the condenser difference does not affect the high performance of our AVR on your generator at all.   
3) If our AVR is out of adjustment for your generator, please MANUALLY turn clockwise or counter-clockwise a small bronze screw in a blue rubber part(potentiometer) to reach your desirable power output. Clockwise turning is for increasing and counter-clockwise turning for decreasing voltage output. If this does not help you out, please contact with us for tech support.

If you are not satisfied with our items and want to return to us, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt before you arrange for return. We DO NOT accept any return without EMA number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost. We do not take return after 30 days of receipt of our product. We offer free replacement and exchange service for the goods after 30 days of receipt.
