After the auction, you will automatically receive an email to your eBay email address to initiate the purchase. In the purchase process, you can summarize several auctions from us and save shipping costs, adjust your billing and delivery address and choose the payment method and shipping method. You will also find all information on payment processing there, such as our account details and intended use in the case of payment in advance / transfer. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours, please contact us.

The shipment is made as an insured package with DHL.
We ship every day from Monday to Friday (no shipping on public holidays)
Orders that are received and paid for by 1 p.m. will be sent on the same day with DHL and will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days from Monday to Saturday within Germany.
You will receive an email with the tracking number on the day of dispatch, this can be from approx. 7pm on the DHL tracking page.

Express Shipping:
For some items we can offer express shipping with UPS, see cost table in the shipping fees. The express delivery has a duration of max. 24 hours within Germany This type of delivery is only possible from Monday to Thursday, since we cannot offer Saturday delivery with UPS Express. Express orders must be received by 2 p.m. at the latest.
