external slave gearbox adaptor plate and fixing kit

Our adaptor plates are made in house from steel not the aluminium kit's that most manufacturers supply making them stronger and more durable.

The kit comes with all mounting bolts, nuts and washers everything you need to bolt the plate straight up to the engine and gearbox.

The thread's for the starter motor are pre-fitted on every kit which allows the starter motor to bolt straight up.

Each kit also has locating dowels pre-fitted to ensure the plate aligns up perfectly mating the gearbox to the engine as to avoid misalignment and damage being caused to any components related to the gearbox or engine.


In addition to the adaptor plate kit you will need:


  • A custom gearbox mount which we can supply
  • A modified custom 350z gear shifter and braket which we can supply
  • A modified 350z propshaft (if you have the 350z prop shaft you could send this to us where we can have it modified and send back out to you)

For the Nissan S13 and S14 if using your existing clutch and flywheel the front of the 350Z Gearbox bell housing will require 12mm machining off the face. Alternatively you can use the Nissan S15 clutch and flywheel which then the gearbox can be boltsed straight on with no modifications to the 350Z gearbox bell housing.

For a Nissan S15 as in example 2 above the gearbox will bolt straight up using the S15 clutch and flywheel with no modifications to the gearbox bell housing.


If you are using the S15 clutch and flywheel please mention this to us so we can supply the correct fittings.


The 350z CD009 is renowned for it strength over the alternative Rb25, 300zx gearboxes having bigger and stronger gears it has been used in various applications at over 1000BHP.

This is fast becoming the more popular conversion for higher powered SR20DET engines to assure the reliablity also being a 6 speed offers better ratios for both motorway cruising or racing applications.

Delivery items will be sent via Courier or Royal Mail First Class. 

Where possible we aim to dispatch all items the same day if ordered before 2pm for Courier or 11am for Royal Mail. 


Most items are eligible for return, however must be returned within 30 days of despatch for replacement or refund. 


Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in. 

All items are uniquely marked so we can verify the original part was returned and not a faulty unit.


 If an item is to be returned, the return postage will be paid by the buyer. There is no refund for postage costs, all refunds will incur a restocking fee of 10% or the cost of initial postage, Whichever amount is larger.
