FAQ - 

There are masks costing less, why should i buy this one? 

Indeed there are cheaper and more expensive masks available on Ebay and elsewhere. We have brought most of these masks to compare, a lot of them are fashion masks and offer very little protection, some others are just as good. Note: Please make sure you are aware the mask's rating. This mask is PM2.5 rating, there are other ratings that you will also come across like N95 or N99.  Get the right mask for you regardless if you buy from us.

Can I wear a mask without the filter? 

Yes you can wear it (we wouldn't recommend it) you will only obtain slight protection from air borne particles.  For better protection you need to add the carbon filter in.

Who should wear a face covering?

Commuters, frequent travellers and people with allergies. Also useful for outdoor exercise, shopping, gardening and home DIY. Spectacle wearers have reported that these masks prevent their glasses from steaming up. 

Can I reuse or wash them? 

Yes, the mask can be washed. Please remove the filter and valves when washing the mask. 

How long does the filter last? 

If the mask is worn daily, a filter will last about 4 weeks. Once the filter is uniformly light brown, we recommend switching it with a new one. 

The Valves are slightly loose?

When changing filters and removing or fastening valves, please make sure you turn the valves firmly towards to close position (see arrows on back) you will feel a click.  This means the valves are firmly fixed.
