Box has been opened, Cartridge appears to have been installed in printer.  Item was purchased in a bulk office supplies lot.  All other cartridges in the lot were new or open box.  I do not know the story on this cartridge.  It weights 3.0oz or approximately 85 Grams.  There is yellow powder still inside cartridge, as you can see in picture.  But the funcionality and or how much power is in it, and how much is suppose to be in it. I am unsure.  The weight should be pretty accurate if you want to use these measurements to make or decision of how full it is.  

Anti Tamper tape has been used to seal the top and bottom of box to insure you receive the item as pictured.  And to also close the box to prep it for storage and pre-prep for shipping.
