Could I install it by myself?
Actually KT suggests the headlight assembly be installed by professional mechanic in order to ensure better fitment and avoid the improper installation. To some extent, KT also encourages the customer to do the installation by himself if he is familiar/professional in this field, considers the high labor cost as well, but he shall strictly follow the instruction manual, otherwise KT would NOT be responsible for the failure of the improper operation. And for sure KT would provide necessary help if the customer requires.
How to apply for the warranty?
One-year warranty will be offered for all KT headlight assemblies.
For proof, we will require the customer to send pictures or short video to prove the defective parts /malfunction.
If it is less than 3 months, the shipping cost for the replacement(s) would be borne by KT. If more than 3 months and less than 1 year, the shipping cost for the replacement(s) would be borne by the customer. If more than 1 year, KT would also provide replacement(s) with reasonable price.
