Overlooking the village from the hill at the
end of Bagshot Row is Bag End, the stately underground abode of Bilbo
Baggins, an eccentric Hobbit widely acknowledged about town as having
cracked some years ago, and his cousin and ward Frodo Baggins, who is
certainly in the process of cracking. Consorting with Wizards, Dwarves
and other folk with dangerous ideas, the Bagginses maintain a museum of
sorts in their home, the various rooms of Bag End being stuffed with
treasures and trinkets accumulated over the years by Bilbo either on his
adventures or as gifts from his peculiar company.
But extraordinary as its occupants and contents might be, the abiding
atmosphere of Bag End itself is one of lazy comfort, from the pretty
but slightly overgrown gardens that hug its eaves to the welcoming
clutter inside it labyrinthine chambers. Reclined across the hillside in
the shade of an old oak tree whose roots twist through its halls, the
home reflects the gentle good humour of its hosts and the universal
Hobbit love of simple pleasures. There have been Bagginses living under
the hill for as long as anyone can remember, and there always will be.
This gorgeous piece has been designed by a crew of artists and
craftspeople who work on our films. It's a real team effort to produce a
piece like this.
Because
of the relationship we have with all the production parts of the
process, we have access to everything from concept drawings to set
plans, which is really handy when making things like the Hobbit Holes.

Bag End is an Open Edition
piece. Please note: This miniature environment was designed and
prototyped here at the Workshop. Images are of a pre-production
prototype. Each sculpture is hand painted and minor variations will
occur.
It takes 400-500 hours to design, sculpt, model make, mold, and paint
the prototype for each new Middle-earth piece. Whether it be a prop
replica, beautiful environment or iconic character, we treat our
collectibles with the same level of care and attention to detail that we
bring to our film work.
Payment
1.
We only accept payment via paypal. Before payment, please check whether
your ebay shipping address is correct.
Payment should be
received within 4 days, all the unpaid item will be reported to ebay(as
we need to get back the fees which I paid to ebay), and u will
get a upaid striken.
2. If u don't have a paypal account, u can go to paypal website and use
your credit card to register one. Paypal can deal with "E-check, Visa
card, Master card, American express card..." money, you can tranfer your
credit card money or your bank money to your paypal account, then send
the payment to my paypal account.
For the tax duty,
buyer should pay yourself.
Shipping
1. We send out
the item to you within 2 days after payment received, "2 days" is
handing time not arrival time, please don't misunderstand.
Before payment,
you must make sure your ebay shipping address is correct.
2. As we all know that International shipping requires more
complicated shipping procedures, such as both countries customs,
transit stations etc., it will probably take longer time for your
items to arrive at the final destination. Much Appreciate for your

Return
Sales Returns
1. Item returns is valid since you get the item in 7 days, the item
should has no damaged or modify, buyer will be responsible for the
shipping fee, ebay 12% Final value fees(when you won the item, I
paid Final value fees to ebay), and return back the whole package
with tags together.
2. We don't accept item returns without
reasonable reasons(such as you don't like it, it is not your
expected), so before bidding, please make sure the item is your
needed, as we don't want to make dispute with buyer.
Defective Replacement
15-day-warranty from the delivered date. Please send the photo of
the item damage area via email, if it is not man-made damage or
physical damage, we will replace a new one but no payment refund
under warranty issue, the buyer need to take charge the returning
cost. The return items should be included the original package and
accessories.
