Yes we do combine postal charges. To take advantage of our flat rate $9.99 (Standard) postage, please use the add to cart feature.

Please note: Not all products are eligible for our flat rate offer, including bulk bags of chocolates, lollies and life size cut-outs.

We also offer Express Post services. If you need your item urgently, please choose the Express Post option at checkout. We can not be held responsible for items that get delivered late.

Once your payment clears, your order will be posted in 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

Orders are posted through a variety of carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. We will do our best to compare and sort out the quickest way to get your order to you.

Note: Purchases which are not delivered within the estimated delivery time frame will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or request a refund. Once you receive your order, you may return it under the Change of Mind return policy.

Please note that Who Wants 2 Party is not responsible for any parcels/mail going missing once it leaves our warehouse. We are happy to assist with an investigation by providing information, however no replacement order will be sent until the investigation is finalised.

We gladly offer refunds in the event that you are not happy with your item.

Change of Mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Any return requests outside of the 30 day period will be strictly denied.

The item must be in its unopened original packaging, including any additional bonus products. We can not accept items that have been used.

Postage costs are non-refundable. Buyer must pay for the return postage cost.

Returns for items with Free Postage

If an order with free postage is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, failure to collect, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee of $9.99 will apply. If a refund is requested instead, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted. 

At no additional cost, buyers can pickup their orders from Wigram Street, Harris Park, Sydney NSW.

Please choose Local Pickup as your postage option upon checkout. Your order must still be placed and fully paid for online before pickup can be arranged. We do not process orders on the weekends.

You will receive an SMS and email when your order is ready to be collected with all the appropriate information.

All pickup orders will need to be picked up within 14 days of it being available to you.

You will not be able to shop directly from our warehouse. Please wait for notification that your order is ready for collection before attempting to pickup.
