1. Vehicle Compatibility

Please be advised that this product is designed for Taiwan-market vehicles. If you are purchasing from outside Taiwan, please verify compatibility or refer to the OEM number before placing your order to ensure the part fits your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for fitment issues.

2. Shipping & Customs Duties

Parcels will be shipped via Post Office ,The estimated delivery days for international airmail from Taiwan Post refers to the number of working days from the date of mailing to the destination country, excluding customs inspection and delivery time in the destination country.

The shipping cost excludes any local import fees, taxes, or customs duties. These are the buyer's responsibility.

If a parcel is returned to the seller due to unpaid customs duties, unsuccessful delivery (recipient unavailable), or incorrect contact information, the buyer shall bear all return shipping costs.

No compensation will be provided for returned parcels under these circumstances. If a resend is requested, the buyer must pay for the re-shipping fees.

3. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for incorrect purchases provided that the buyer covers the return shipping costs. Please note that only the product price will be refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
