INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For optimal results with Arm-Pump, most notably on Race/Event days, apply as follows:

• Pre-load your system by applying 5 squirts of Arm-Pump to the relevant area first thing in the morning.
• Ensure you then top-up your system by applying 5 squirts of Arm-Pump again to the relevant area, 30-40 minutes before each race.
• Once applied to the skin and massaged in, the oil easily absorbs through the skin into the muscles and bloodstream. The benefits are noticeable approximately 30 minutes following application.
