If any of the above symptoms apply to your Barcode Scanner, then it sounds like you need to get your Digitizer replaced!
How does this repair service work?
Once you have purchased your 1 off Digitizer repair, you will need to send us your Barcode Scanner.
Carefully pack up your Scanner into a box (bubble wrap is advised), and send it in to us. (Customer covers this cost of delivery)
Once we take delivery of the Scanner, we will replace your faulty Digitizer and thoroughly test the new one.
If there is anything else that is obviously damaged or broken, we will get in touch with you and quote you on any other repairs that may need doing.
Once the Scanner is repaired and tested, we will then ship it back to you free of charge.
