In order to get a replacement you should request return authorization form and ship the item you want to replace back to us, include form with the return.
Please request form by email.
Please note that all returns without the form will not be processed and will be refused.
For large and oversized products, we use LTL shipping.
After your product ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information and details about the freight carrier assigned to your order.
Shortly following the shipment, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery date.
