AS you can tell, this is a most unusual item as I have 1,900 wrench's similar to this one.  If you notice there is the number 2 and the letter C on the wrench.  The wrench is 8" long made of cast iron.  Outside of the normal rust on these antique wrench's, it is in excellent condition.  Please check pictures.
