The Inner Harbor & Causeway, Victoriam British Columbia, Canada.  This 4" x 6" fold-out card is designed to be posted and opened to read a 5-1/4 x 7-1/2" writing area by folding and tearing along 3 serrated edges.  This circa 1920s card is unused with gum intact and moderate edge wear.
