This listing is for a lovely antique bronze French trinket box mounted with a lovely hand-painted portrait of a young lady on top. The box features embossed sides and a beaded bezel around the portrait. The portrait is painted with fine facial expression and nice details in her gown and large plumed red hat. The box has a tight hinge and the top opens and closes correctly. The interior is lined with a blush colored velvet fabric. The bronze body of the box has nicely aged patina.

Measures 7/84" high, 3" long and 2 3/8" wide. Weighs 2.6 ounces.

This nice box is in excellent Estate condition with no damage or repairs. The interior fabric is slightly faded and shows signs of normal use.
