*Handling time is 1-2 business days after receiving your order

*3-5 days handling time for custom made products like rings with birthstones and items with engravings.

*Immediate payment is required and we accept payments through PayPal only.

*PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your bank accounts.

*Tax, VAT and Customs Duties / Import Charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

ALL returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to buyer, as indicated via tracking number. All rings are made from the sizes ordered. If you have ordered the wrong size, request for a return authorization and we will replace it for you. A 15% restocking fee applies which is payable via PAYPAL. Item must be in its original condition.

EXCEPTION: All items with White Diamond, Black Diamond & Birthstone are considered CUSTOM ORDERS. A 35% Restocking Fee will be charged for these items since they start off as plain rings, they will be laser drilled and stone/s set on exact ring size you've specified. You have 7 days to return the item (after requesting a return authorization).

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE for Laser Engraved items.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. item must be returned in 14 days.

Refund will be given as Money back or exchange (buyer's choice).
