About Us - Fan Spares UK have been providing quality fans and motors to the industry for 12 years. We have an extensive catalogue of products allowing us to match and replace many other manufacturers fans and motors.
Payments - All payments must be received within seven days.
Dispatch times - Orders placed before 3:00PM on a weekday are generally dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Packets are sent via Royal Mail, Parcels via Parcelforce and larger pallet orders via Palletforce.
Returns - Items may be returned provided that the item(s) are unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a sale-able condition. The consumer will be responsible for costs incurred in returning goods. Items that are specially made to buyer's specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Opening Times - 9.00AM - 5.00PM Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period.
