The pin at the top is a metal with an embossed design frame with a nametag that reads R A Turner Eureka #91.
The ribbon is printed at the top REPRESENTATIVE.
There is a pin with a photo of a man.  not sure if this is the attendee or possibly the head of the lodge that year.
The ribbon is red with gold lettering.
