To avoid any delays to your order we require buyers to send us their vehicle reg /chassis number with each order at the time of placing their orders or immediately after. If this information is not received with the order we e-mail each customer asking for this information.

We can check the compatibility of parts for UK buyers with a vehicle reg /chassis number. Buyers outside UK must send the VIN /chassis number of their vehicle for us to process their order. We check each and every single order we receive on ebay. This ensures correct parts are sent for the first time and helps reduce number of returns saving buyers time and money.

If the customers have read the part number on their old part or have obtained the part number they need from their main dealer they must also let us know this information to speed up their orders being processed.

We pride in handling orders as prompt as possible. Buyers are kindly required to pay attention to despatch times in listings. Most parts are available for immediate despatch but some parts have longer despatch times. This is shown on ebay postage information and on ebay checkout.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an ebay notification to notify you this and the tracking number will be saved against your order for easy tracking.

In general we have a lot lower return rates compared to the industry standards as we do all we can to avoid customers buying a wrong part.

If for whatever reason you are returning an item unused please start an eBay return selecting the reason "Doesn't fit". We reserve the right to reject or deduct appropriate amount from the refund amount if original box of the part is not returned / damaged ie written on, stuck tape etc.

If no vehicle details supplied with the order and no response received to our e-mails asking for vehicle details the buyers can only return items unused in their original and undamaged boxes and they will be responsible for return postage.

All parts must be fitted by professionals and in case of faulty part claims the details of the fault must be provided as well as the place of repair etc.  We reserve the right to wait for test results from the supplier /manufacturer confirming the fault. We also reserve the right to reject any returns that have been found by supplier /manufacturer`s engineer to be fully functional.  In such cases a copy of the full report will be provided to the buyer.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of your purchase. Faulty part claims must be reported via eBay messaging. We advise customers to do a thorough check before a faulty claim as this would save time and money. We take each return request seriously and deal with as prompt as possible.
