Shipping & Handling Information

1. We ship our products through USPS Priority or FedEx. However, under some circumstances we substitute them with each other.  For example, if shipping address is P.O. Box, we can only use USPS Parcel Services.

2. Customers who live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and who with APO address, we can only ship with USPSParcel Services. Usually, it may take 2 weeks to get there. Sometimes it may take up a month. Please notice the deliver time may vary before your purchase.

3. In general, USPS Priority would deliver package to you within 2-3days, but sometimes they take longer days to deliver since your location is on future east, or on the islands.

4. Since we have 1 day shipping handling, we will ship any order that was placed before 5:00pm pacific time the next business day. Any order was placed after 5:00pm will be shipped the next two business day. We do not deliver on Weekend or public holidays, since FedEx and Post office is closed in our location.

Combined Shipment

We accept combined shipping. Leave us a message before or at your check out. Any request for combined shipping charges refund after we ship out the package will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We strive for providing the best service to our customers, or your money back guarantee:

·     Item in ORIGINAL condition must be returned within 30 days.

·     Buyers are responsible for the return shipping.

·     Customer must contact us first to obtain a return authorization.

·     A new replacement item will be shipped out within 2 business days after we receive your returned original item.

·     Allow us 7 days to process your refund.

·     Any charges on shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable.

·     10-20 % deduction of the sell price may be applied if return item appears deep bolt marks or scratches which were caused by the installation.
