Shipping Policy

Shipment not received
We cannot be held responsible for items with tracking that show they were delivered. If you are not comfortable with an item being left at your door, please request signature required for delivery. (extra charge may apply) Any issues with an item not received, though tracking shows delivery, must be brought to the attention of the shipping service immediately.
Damaged In Transit
If item is received damaged please refuse the package or take pictures of damage (Box and item) for the claims process.
Return Policy
Buyer will have 30 days from when the item has been received according to the tracking number to return item. Item must come back in the same condition it was shipped (new unopened). Buyer will pay for return shipping and we will issue you a full refund for item minus 10% restocking fee and our original shipping cost. If a mistake is made on our part we will pay for return shipping and issue a full refund.
