Butapren Adhesive Instructions
1. Surface Preparation
Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or oil.
If necessary, lightly roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper for better adhesion.
2. Apply the Adhesive
Apply a thin, even layer of Butapren to both surfaces to be bonded.
Use a brush or spatula for precise application.
3. Wait for Tackiness
Allow the glue to dry for 10–15 minutes (or until it becomes tacky to the touch).
Do not try to stick the surfaces together while the glue is still wet.
4. Join the Surfaces
Carefully align and press both surfaces together firmly.
Apply strong, even pressure (e.g., using a roller or clamp) for several seconds to ensure a solid bond.
5. Curing Time
The bond will be initially strong right away.
Allow full curing for 24 hours before subjecting to heavy use or stress.
⚠️ Precautions
Use in a well-ventilated area – Butapren contains solvents and has strong fumes.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Keep away from open flames – flammable.
Close the container tightly after use.
