A vintage Murano glass tall candleholder signed by Giuliano Tosi "as is" Italy

For your consideration is a Murano glass candleholder by Giuliano Tosi. It is a smokey brown gray color surrounded by clear glass. It's in good vintage condition but does have a chip to the glass under the stainless steel holder. There are no other chips or cracks. There is some wax residue on the lower body of the candleholder and on the stainless top though. It measures 13” to the very top. Signed near the bottom as shown. My BIN price reflects the condition.

This will weigh about 3-4 pounds packed safely.
