This fruit tea is a great combination of candied pineapple, sour apple pieces, lemon granules

and big, freeze dried lemon peel which offer a flavour of medley of tart.

Freeze dried red currants provide a bright contrast. These

sweet notes are reminiscent of a true Sicilian Lemonade.
