Each record is individually packaged with care and reinforced around corner with cardboard "planks" that strengthen the edges and protect the vinyl en route. I also use various packing materials (bubble wrap, shrink wrap. cardboard flats, etc.) inside each package to keep the record(s) from moving in order to prevent seam splits. See feedback comments.
