First Class Mail International Mail takes an average (2 - 3 weeks) but may take 4 - 8 weeks to arrive. No tracking is available for First Class Mail International.
Expect delays during pre-holiday times
Please choose Priority International Mail if in a rush (6 - 8 days and tracking available). You are responsible for any Import/Duty taxes that may apply - these charges are not included in you Ebay total. They are assessed and collected by your government.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 business days of the delivered product for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping fees. Any shipping cost incurred by you to return the product, will not be refunded.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition, with attached tags. Before returning the item you must first inform us, Jet Set Trading Co., via Ebay message. Please confirm the correct return shipping address and ship it back to us via a trackable courier (I.E. UPS, FEDEX, USPS. Any returned item that has not been received by Jet Set Trading Co., and tracking information can not be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that you received your order damaged, please inform us immediately by sending us an Ebay message so we can notify the courier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials handy to the courier, so they can inspect the damages. If possible, we ask that you please provide us photos of the damaged item(s).
