Engine Alignment Tool Compatible with MerCruiser Sterndrives including Pre-Alpha "R", Alpha One "MR", Generation II, all Bravo's, Volvo SX and OMC Cobra. This Tool is similar to P/N 91-805475A1 which used to be P/N 91-57797A3.The length of the bar is approximately 23-5/8 inch. Tool is made from high quality 1045 Steel, and includes an eyebolt which gives you the option of hanging the tool. Alignment Tool Comes Without Black Oxide Coating.
Alignment Tool will correctly align all OMC Cobra and Mercruiser Outdrives with the exception of the Mercruiser TR and TRS Outdrive Models.
Note: This tool consists of two pieces: Working Side & Handle Once Assembled, the tool works just as well as the one piece tools, but have the added benefit of taking up less storage space. This tool was designed to save customers money on shipping. Two of these tools can fit into a Flat Rate Box by weight for the same shipping price.
The Bellow Ring/ Retainer Sleeve Installation Tool made of PVC Plastic. Drive Shaft Bellow Sleeve Installation Tool helps install the aluminum ring into the Alpha 1 Generation 2, Bravo, Blackhawk U-Joints Bellows. This Bellow Retainer Ring Sleeve Installation Tool is an aftermarket OEM part that replaces Mercury Mariner 91-818162.
Gimbal Bearing Installation Tool. This tool compatible with OMC Cobras, Bravos, #1 Drives made from 1966 to Current makes, including the Pre Alpha (R), Alpha 1 “MR” and Generation 2. You will need the Outdrive Coupler Alignment Tool to use this tool. Note: This requires a hole drilled in your alignment tool. We cannot pre-drill these as different manufacturers make the mounts in different places. The tool comes with directions on where to drill the hole in the alignment tool for correct lineup.
Grease Seal Installation Tool. Used on all Mercruiser #1 Drives, Pre Alpha (R), Alpha One (MR), Generation 2, All Bravos, and OMC Cobras. This seal installer will allow you to drive the grease seal in straight for proper installation.
Hinge Pin Tool (91-78310). This tool is used on the hinge pin bolt and separates the housing from the gimbal ring. This tool compatible with MerCruiser Sterndrives: Alpha One, Alpha One Generation Two, Bravo One, Bravo Two, Bravo Three, R, MP, MC-1. This tool replaces MerCruiser OEM: 91-78310. The material is 4140 Hardened Tool Steel equivalent to Grade 8 With a minimum Rockwell hardness of C33 and minimum tensile strength of 150,000 psi.
Bellows Expander Tool (91-45497A). This tool is designed to stretch out the exhaust bellow on Mercruiser Outdrives Motors: Alpha One, Bravo One & Two, Blackhawk, MC-1 & R-MR. It replaces Mercury Part Number: # 91-45497A.
