If it's action you want - the Maverick Phantom features new electronics with a powerful 12 turn 550 motor and uprated waterproof 60 amp electronic speed control. Upgraded Maverick radio now includes a 3rd and 4th channels to operate optional accessories such as lights. The battery 1800mAh Nimh battery & peak detect 0.5A USB charger are ultra simple & safe to operate but easily upgraded for longer run times & more speed for the experienced hobbyist.

The brand new Maverick MTX-400 controller features a real steering wheel, just like full-size cars, plus loads of dials for fine-tuning the handling and controls of your truck! Everything you need to get your Phantom XT up and running is included in the box with a 7.2V 1800mAh Maverick Element + NiMh battery pack and super-convenient Delta-Peak USB charger! This means you can charge your RC car battery with virtually any mobile phone wall charger!

It's so easy and fun to drive!

To drive the Phantom XT, simply pick up the controller with your left hand, put your left index finger into the trigger area, and then put your right hand on the steering wheel – it’s as natural as driving a real car! Turn the wheel to go left and right, and gently pull on the trigger with your left index finger to go forwards. To stop the car, gently push away from you with your left index finger - then release and push away again to go into reverse. It takes seconds to get used to this easy operation, and pretty soon you'll be racing with your friends!

A sturdy moulded tub chassis and strong suspension moulded in nylon plastics for the ideal balance of strength, flexibility & durability. Power from the motor is delivered via a steel drivetrain parts centre shaft, differentials, rear dog bones, front universal driveshafts & axles. Powerful 7Kg servo is equipped with a spring-loaded protector in case of crashes.

Featuring independent double wishbone suspension with oil-filled adjustable shocks on all four corners, tough metal 4-gear differentials front and rear and a fitted gear cover to keep debris away from the spur gear, you can drive in any terrain with confidence and complete control.

On some products we offer a choice of 1st Class post - this typically takes 1 to 2 days but is not a time guaranteed service. On all products we offer the choice of Express Courier - this will be DPD, Fedex or, in limited areas, Royal Mail Express, and aims for delivery the day after dispatch. Orders have to be placed by 9am for us to guarantee dispatch that day by Express. Express to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and all off-shore locations takes 2 working days. All non-Express orders are dispatched in order of receipt.

International Orders: If an item does not offer you a postage choice to your country, we are unable to send it abroad. Some products are restricted (for example because they contain batteries) whereas others are prohibitively expensive to ship or subject to restrictions on sale.

VAT: All prices include VAT at the current rate. We operate under a point of sale system and do not issue VAT receipts with every sale. If you need an itemised VAT receipt, please indicate on your payment.

Returns: If your item is faulty (or appears to be) please contact us for advice, as most issues can be resolved without return or by exchanging components. In many cases, we find that items returned as faulty prove to be perfect and simply require adjustment or advice due to their complexity. We accept returns for change of mind - please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item and return it within 60 days of purchase - items must be unused and with all packaging intact. A free return service is provided only for faulty goods - in the event of non-faulty items being claimed as faulty in order to obtain a free return, a deduction as shown on our return label will be made from any refund.
