Returns:

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.

• Returned items must be in the condition you received and in the original box.
• Refund will be processed once your return is inspected by our fulfillment center.
• We will issue a refund for the returned items accordingly. Please allow us up to 3 business days from the date we received the item to process the refund.
• If the buyer has made an error in their purchase the buyer must be charged for return shipping.

Warranty:

• Our warranty covers products purchased from us for a duration of 1 years.
• In the event that you receive a defective product, this warranty entitles you to a free replacement of your product. (No Labor Cost)
• Shipment fees for returning the defective product to RC Auto Parts are to be paid by the buyer.
• Shipment of replacement to the customer are to be paid by RC Auto Parts.
• Returned products must be inspected to confirm a defect. Once confirmed a replacement will be shipped to you (usually within 72 hours).
• This warranty does not cover failures due to:
  • Accident or collision.
  • Improper installation.
  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Consequential damages due to failure of other parts.
  • Parts used off-road or for racing purposes (unless explicitly stated).
• This warranty does not cover:
  • Consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damage resulting from failure of this product.
  • Damages resulting from improper installation.
• This warranty is considered void if:
  • The vehicle is sold, gifted, or ownership has been transferred in any way.
