COLONIAL CAPITOL Building Declaration Rights Williamsburg Virginia Postcard VA 

Postcard shows an image of the building with a round section and a tower with a cross and flag at the top.  In the grass looking towards the building is a man dressed in period clothing.

ON THE BACK: "On this spot was adopted in 1776 Virginia's Declaration of Rights, which later became the basis of the Federal Bill of Rights.  Washington, Patrick Henry and other patriots were members of legislatures which met here while Williamsburg was capital of Virginia.
