The back of the envelope reads:  Babies' Overalls, Jacket or Vest and Hats....Hats in three sizes S (17"), M (18"), L (19"). 

Recommended fabrics: A,B,C: flannel, gingham, cotton, lightweight denim, corduroy, velveteen, lightweight wool.  D,E,F: fleece.  Not suitable for sleepwear.  Pattern is noted as Easy-To-Sew.

Envelope shows only a little shelf wear.  Contents were removed from envelope for pictures only.  Tissue has never been unfolded.
