Here is a wonderful COCKTAIL/PARTY dress by THALIA SODI. A very colorful dress with adjustable Spaghetti Straps. This is layered on the top and on the bottom. This is 100% Polyester, feels like chiffon. This is new without tags. Has been in storage, could use a little fluffing up. Great little dress!

This is a size SMALL Junior. The spaghetti straps are adjustable from 8" up to 16", across the top- from armpit to armpit this measures 16" (total 32"), the waist measures 15" (total 30"), and from top to bottom with the straps adjusted to 8" (so 4" of strap) this measures 35".
