3. Once authorised return the item within 30 days from the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.
4. Please make sure the item is in the original packaging, include the paperwork so that we know who has return the item and in the original (unused) condition that you received it in. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK THEN PLEASE PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR EBAY ID.
5. Please ensure that the package has a tracking number and keep your Post Office receipt as proof of postage, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
