Shipping policy

Personalised orders are processed within 1-2 working days and sent out Tracked 1st Class.
Plain garments are processed within 1 working day.
Bank holiday orders will be processed on the next available working day.

Return policy

Items must be returned within 14 days once received.
Items must be unworn, unwashed & in it's original condition - if in any case we believe the item has been returned worn we have reserved the right not to issue you a refund.
Personalised items cannot be returned - unless there is a fault in manufacturing.
We do offer size exchanges. Please be sure to pop the exchange note back in the parcel with two 1st class stamps & we'll happily change it for you.
