Mitaka Piston Kit

Piston - High silicon cast aluminium alloy, CNC machined, Teflon coating in high friction areas.

Rings - Are the best available! Always TP or Riken, the same manufacturers used on many Japanese and European OEM pistons.

Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, chromed, high strength and hardness. Circlips included.

The piston that will be sent is a B size 53.95mm, if you wish to change to A 53.94mm, C 53.96mm, D 53.97mm, or oversize to suit bore 54.50mm, 55.00mm,or 55.50mm please send a message or leave a note when placing your order.

Mitaka Gasket Set

Head seals, Base gasket, Exhaust pipe seal, Reed valve gasket, Power valve cover gasket, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Water pump gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various o-rings if required.

Mitaka Seal Set

Includes all seals required, Main bearings, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, etc

Mitaka Conrod Kit

OEM specification and materials. Includes chromed connecting pin for crank halves, big end roller bearing with flat silver bearing cages, forged shot peened steel alloy connecting rod, copper or silver thrust washers designed for high oil flow. This kit is not a complete crank, it uses your crank halves.
